Pan American Training Institute (PATI) is a training and aviation services business, originally spun off as a unit of Pan Am World Services. The executive who founded PATI in 1987, Bill Puckhaber, was the former President of Pan Am World Services. Mr. Puckhaber's vision was to develop a high - quality consulting and training company that would provide business - results

oriented services for the aviation industry. PATI delivers these services at their home-office facilities at JFK International Airport. PATI also has the ability to conduct training or provide on-site consulting on the client's premises, or, at numerous satellite locations throughout

the

United States.

Although primarily a training school, all of PATI's training staff are experienced aviation people who do a great job of teaching. They are not teachers who have learned aviation and transportation lingo. In addition, PATI's broad base of curriculum - over 20 different courses taught in the past

five

years - means

that

students get the benefit of over-sight and perspective in the classes. They are taught beyond the narrow confines of one discipline to understand broader aviation issues. PATI's entire staff of training, administrative and technical employees are taught to put our customer's first. If necessary, we will work one-on-one with students to ensure successful completion of their course work. This is

OUR COURSES ARE DESIGNED FOR:

Airlines, Airline Service Companies, Brokers, Indirect Air Carrier Agents and Cargo Handlers involved in international air shipment of dangerous goods, Freight Forwarders, Custom Brokers and Trucking Companies who are in the business of shipping on surface, Pilots, Flight Attendants, Passenger Service and Ramp Agents, Line Maintenance, Shipping, Stores, and Warehouse Personnel who may operate with dangerous goods.
