Registration may be initially reserved by telephone, fax, via e-mail or through this web site online form but must be confirmed with an application and check. Foreign students will be guaranteed placement provided the application form is received at least ten days prior to the course. Please make checks payable to Pan American Training Institute.

Cancellation: Registration canceled less than five (5) days before the start of the course is subject to a service fee of $100.00. Failure to cancel or complete the course forfeits the entire tuition.
